Nicaragua & El Salvador

Nicaragua has been in the shadow of neighbouring Costa Rica, that in recent years has attracted millions of tourist. Nicaragua has had its challenges in the past and still has its challenges, but the country is peaceful with a friendly and wonderful people. And the country itself is absolutely stunning – with a marvel of volcanoes rising in the skyline, almost anywhere you look, and with amazing huge lakes and waterfalls, with protected areas of rainforest, coastal mangroves and an abundant wildlife. The Pacific Ocean to the West and the Caribbean to the East, old charming colonial cities and a wonderful climate.
El Salvador is a much smaller country, but sharing with Nicaragua the beauty and the volcanoes rising in the landscape. Also, present El Salvador was part of the Maya culture and you may visit the absolutely fascinating Maya archaeological sites several places in the country.
